Abstract
This Decision provides for the establishment of a Market Regulation Committee for regulating poultry and livestock and their products. Members of the committee include Presidential deputy in executive affairs, Ministers of Commerce, Jihad–e–Agriculture, Head of Planning Budget Organization and Chief of the Central Bank. Deputy President shall act as the chairman. Regular reports on annual activities of the aforementioned committee have to be presented to the National market Regulation Committee. Allocated exchange rate for livestock and poultry shall be set according to trade exchange rate and the Central Bank shall act as an agent for providing required exchange allocations. Import of poultry, livestock as well as poultry meat shall be added to the list of authorized goods for import using trade exchange rate.
