Decree of the Board of Ministers on Appointment of Environment Organization and Ministry of Agriculture (Jihad) as focal point for the global environment facilities and for the Convention on Biological Diversity.

According to this Decree the Environment Organization and Ministry of Agriculture (Jihad) are appointed respectively as the national focal point of global environment facilities and the tasks realted to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and relevant protocols. These organisations shall be introduced to the Secreteriat of CBD by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
