Executive regulations for the import, manufacture, formulation and use of chemical, biological, organic fertilizers and pesticides.

The Regulation provides for a supervisory Commission that is in charge of observation the production, distribution, consumption and import of fertilisers. Members of the Commission are representatives from different Ministries and governmental agencies. The Commission oversees quality of fertilisers and avoidance of hazardous effects, issuance of license and labelling requirements. The Regulation refers to efforts that different organisations should take in order to produce techno-based fertilisers. The instruction of the Department of Environment for avoidance of environmental pollution should be considered in the process of production. The Regulation nominates requirements for importing fertilisers and packaging standards and transport equipments. Enforcement of the international convention standards for production and import of the fertilisers are reserved. This Regulation consists of 71 Articles.
