Abstract
This Regulation provides for penal and fine consideration for a person or persons who without legal subscription for a branching of services, use the water, electricity and gas services. Use of water, electricity, gas and sewerage services and communication and information technology services without receiving a legal branch is prohibited. The same regulations apply in the case of unauthorised use despite having a legal branch. In the case of non payment of the utility bills, the relevant service shall be ceased until clearance of the outstanding debts by the users. Getting branches for water, electricity, gas and telephone use is only allowed under granted licenses. Assignment of services subject to the law to unauthorized infrastructures located in national lands and areas under the supervision of the Environmental Protection Organization, basin of the rivers and water resources are prohibited. The Regulations provides for branching of water supply for use of water in the farms and garden fields. This Regulation consists of 6 Articles.
