Abstract
The Section 1 of the Export and Import Regulations 2016 regulates what animals, both domestic and wild, may be imported or exported, and what duty is payable thereon.
The section 1 includes five chapters: Chapter 1: Live animals; Chapter 2: meat and edible meat offal; Chapter 3: Fish and crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates; Chapter 4: Dairy produce; birds' eggs; natural honey; edible products of animal origin, not elsewhere specified or included; Chapter 5: Products of animal origin, not elsewhere specified or included.
