Instruction order for buying, selling, transporting and keeping livestock.

This Order is ratified by the Board of Ministers with participation of Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Industries and Mines and Ministry of Roads and Urban Planning. The Order requires the owners of the livestocks to provide information on the number, registration, labelling and changes in the portal provided by the Ministry of Agriculture. Deadline for compliance with the regulations nominated in this Order is between 6-12 months. Any trade or transport of the livestock without ID is forbidden. Transport of livestock is permitted by gaining the online bill of lading from the Ministry of Roads and Transport and the certificate from the veterinary organisation. Quarantine requirements apply at the destination. Tribes in the course of their seasonal displacement are exempted from this regulations. This Order consists of 5 Articles.
