Law amending some articles of the Mining Law and its subsequent amendments.

This Law provides few amendments in Articles 12 and 24 of the Mining Law 1998 referring to some amendments regarding recognition of large mines, their exploration and recognition, rectifying and changing the quality and quantity of the mineral resources, establishing a dispute settlement board for considering disputes may be raised against the Ministry of Industry and Trade by the executive organisations. This Law further provides for the members of the dispute settlement board. This Law is drafted in 3 Articles.
