Abstract
The Law regulates provisions to determine the limit of Iran’s coastal water and the areas of the governmental supervision. Foreign warships are exempted from customs in Iran’s ports on condition of reciprocity. The Iranian judicial system is not competent for prosecution of crimes committed on foreign warships in Iran’s waters. The text consists of 8 articles, sub-divided into 2 chapters: Limit of Coastal Waters and the Areas of the Governmental Supervision at Sea (I); Conditions for Arrival and Stop of Foreign Warships in Iran’s Water (II).
