Law on Guarantees for the Purchase of Essential Agricultural Products.

The present Act, which is enacted in a single article and 3 notes, aims to guarantee the purchase of essential agricultural products by governments. In order to support the domestic production of essential crops, balance the national production system, avoid agricultural waste and farmers losses, the government shall announce the minimum price of these essential products annually and guarantee their purchases. This minimum price should be determined based on the true cost of production by the Ministry of Agriculture and to be announced publicly by the government.
