Abstract
The Act, which consists of 4 articles, regulates provisions to determine the limits of the lakes constructed behind the dams. In particular, any changes in the lakes constructed behind the dams only is possible with permission of the Energy Ministry. The government may seize the contractions on the limits of the lakes by paying the fair price to their owners.
