Abstract
The Law outlines various provisions and rules regarding national development and provides a comprehensive overview of the legal framework, specific guidelines and requirements that individuals or entities must adhere to surrounding national development. Article 7 outlines the formation and responsibilities of the Supreme Council of Health and Food Security. Its tasks include policy-making, reviewing programs, setting health and food security indicators, approving standards, coordinating executive bodies, and overseeing supervisory mechanisms. The Law further provides for duties of supreme Health Insurance Council of the country that is required to review the tariff of health services whether governmental, non-governmental, or private. The text further describes tasks for data processing for national plans and activities related to mapping and spatial information, aerial photography, preparation and production of various-scale coverage and urban maps. The Law further lays out for improvement of the business, investment and employment opportunities. Article 27 of the text provides for water resource management and Article 29 emphasizes on consideration of rules for using forests, habitants and natural resources.
The Law further provides for allocation of the state budget and national fund to different sectors as are described in the text. Further the Law discusses about transfer of national and governmental lands for industrial projects, and improving infrastructure for investment. The Law further lays out provisions for expanding and promoting social justice in society, reducing poverty and inequality, and achieving resilient economy. The text consists of 73 Articles.
