Abstract
The purpose of this Act, which consists of 25 articles, is to protect plants against pests and plant diseases. The Act, establishes the Organization of Plant Protection under the Ministry of Agriculture. Combatting pests and plant diseases, as well as recognizing the cases in need of quarantine measures are tasks of this Organization. Any importation of seeds, sampling, trees and fruits need a specific permission by the Ministry of the Agriculture.
