Abstract
The Act, which consists of 4 articles, regulates provisions to provide adequate funding for compensation of damages caused by drought and frostbite. In particular, the Law improves the regulations of water supply projects, in order to exempt areas affected by drought from water charges and to improve the insurance of garden products affected by frostbite.
