Law on Radiation Protection.

This Law provides for the protection of the population, personal, future generations and the environment against harmful effects of radiation.
The Act consists of 23 articles, divided into 5 Chapters; General Provisions (I); Authorizations and Liabilities (II); Supervision and Inspection (III); Crimes and Punishments (IV); Special Provisions(V).
Any activity which require working with radiation, productive resources of radiation and transportation or trade of radiation needs specific authorization. Any person who works with radiation should do all required medical tests before and also after requirement. Use of protective equipment is mandatory for all personnel exposed to radiation.
People who works continuously with radiation shall benefit from special advantages including reduction of weekly working hours, increase in the annual paid leave and pay rise. Any violation of the proposed regulations is considered as offense/crime and shall be punished according to current Act.
