Abstract
The Law is enacted as a Single Act and provides for cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Industry, Mine and Commerce for facilitation of local and foreign investment for desalination, water harvesting and transfer of water from Oman Sea to Sistan and Baluchistan province.
