Regulation for Ecotourism.

This Regulation is drafted further to proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture, Organisation for Protection of Environment and Organisation for Cultural Heritage and Tourism. The text provides for setting up a National Ecotourism Committee that will be in charge of policy making and coordination for development of ecotourism and introduction of the ecotourism sites in forest, mountain, desert and marine side. The text provides for permit requirements for establishing tourism facility in nominated areas and proceeding of the ecotours under supervision of authorised tour leaders. Execution of any major plans and projects in ecotourism is subject to requirements of the High Council on Protection of Environment. The hunting plans are subject to relevant regulations nevertheless approval of the capacity of the applicants and institutions that perform hunting services is with the National Ecotourism Committee.
