Regulation on the Establishment of the Drought Crisis Management Committee.

The Regulation establishes a Committee for the Management of Drought Crisis in the State. In particular, the Vice President is the Head of the Committee. The Committee has a branch in each Province of the country. The main tasks of the Committee include to: explore the causes of the drought, study the manners to cope with drought crisis, monitor the implementation of the applicable obligations and cooperate among relevant agencies. The Regulation consists of 8 articles, sub-divided into 2 Chapters: Structure (I); Responsibilities (II).
