Regulation on Formation of the Primitive and Supreme Court to Investigate the Violations of Practitioners in the Field of Agriculture and National Resources Engineering.

This Regulation, which consists of 19 articles, aims to establish primary and supreme courts for investigation in violations committed in the field of agricultural and national resources engineering. According to the Regulation, primary courts consist of 5 members appointed for period of 4 years. These courts deal with offences related to the guild and professional misconduct. The decision of these courts may be appealed in period of 30 days to the supreme courts. The supreme courts consist of 7 members appointed for a period of 4 years. The decisions made are based on a majority vote.
