Regulation on How to Review and Approve Local, District, Regional and National Development and Construction Plans and Urban Development Regulations.

This Regulation is drafted further to proposal of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development with the purpose of implementing different development plans for the lands, cities, towns, villages, renovation and new construction. The plans should be approved by the Council that its members are appointed from different governmental organisations including the Organisation for Protection of the Environment. The ratification of the plans are conducted based on expert examination and implementation of the plans are managed by the expert workgroups. The text further defines different categories for the plans and the possibility for changes. Some of the plans should be approved by the Council at provincial level to comply with the local conditions and requirements. The text consists of 55 Articles.
