Abstract
The Regulation, which consists of 11 articles enforces the Law on Development and Protection of Maritime Industries. In particular, obligations of the ‘Marine Industry High Council’ include policy making and coordinating all activities related to marine industries in various departments and organizations, monitoring the implementation of related regulations, organizing the domestic and foreign investment and review of the relevant rules.
