Abstract
The Regulation consisting of 14 Articles, is the executive Regulation of the Law on National Committee to Reduce Destructive Impacts of Natural Disasters of 31 July 1991.
The Regulation establishes nine specialized research committee in order to prevent disasters and reduce their destructive impacts. These sub-committee include committee of earthquakes, plants pests, drought, flood, air pollution, hurricane, rescue, compensation and health. In addition, a coordinating committee will be created dependant to the Interior Ministry to coordinate relations among these specialized sub-committee and collect their achievements.
