Abstract
This regulation outlines the responsibilities of large-scale industrial, agricultural, and service units regarding soil pollution monitoring and remediation. According to the regulation, self-declaration of outputs must be submitted quarterly, or annually while soil pollution monitoring is required regularley. The measurement of declared pollutants must follow the self-declaration guidelines issued by the Department of Environment and align with established national standards, forming part of each unit's environmental management program. Monitoring results must be submitted using the official forms attached to the resolution. Units identified as polluting in the self-declaration process are expected to implement soil remediation measures promptly to avoid prolonged liability or extended payment of environmental fees. The regulation aims to ensure consistent oversight, promote sustainable land use, and enforce accountability among major pollution sources.
