Regulation on Production, Knowledge-Based and Job Creation in Oil Industry.

This Regulation presents responsibilities for the Ministry of Oil to promote using services of knowledge-based companies, new technology, and science-based products in the oil industry. The text requires the Ministry to facilitate operation of the knowledge-based companies in the oil sector and to identify the services and facilities that may be needed to be imported for promotion of operation of companies in the local market. The Regulation emphasise on cooperation with the university and research institutions for elaboration on the tools for better and reduced consumption of energy. The text further provides for optimising using energy and environmental resources in different sectors for agriculture, industry, buildings and electricity. This Regulation aims for independency of the oil sector in production of its products and its compliance with the new and environmentally friendly procedures and technology. The text further promote employment and job creation opportunities. The Regulation is designed in 25 Articles.
