Regulation on Protection of Knowledge Base and Job Creator Production in Agriculture and Natural Resources.

The Regulation provides for grant of financial support and fund allocation to the knowledge base companies and enterprises that are operating in the agricultural and natural resources sectors based on the Law on Improvement of the Productivity of Agriculture and Natural Resources 2010. The text elaborates on reduction of costs of agricultural production and increase of its efficiency through using the modern technology. The text further provides for allocation of fund through cooperation of Banks and investment funds, encouraging research projects through cooperation with Ministry of Science and establishment of scientific and IT-based parks. The Regulation further provides for management of plant fertilizers and diseases, protection of oil seeds plant, and allocation of discount on insurance policies. The text consists of 19 Articles.
