The Ministry of Energy should determine the boundaries of each wetland. The Ministry is also obliged to corporate with Department of Environment to upgrade the practical plan to protect and rehabilitate the wetlands of the country. Every two years, Department of Environment in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture should prepare a list of wetlands which are in danger or have been damaged. The Ministry of Agriculture also should provide the plan for eco-friendly and sustainable agriculture in damaged wetlands.
