Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation, which consists of 10 articles, is to establish a Committee to monitor and supervise the use of toxins and chemicals. The Committee is composed of the head of the Veterinary Organization, head of the Plant Protection Organization, representatives of the Department of Environment, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Industry as well as Plan and Budget Organization. The Representative of the Ministry of Health is the Chief of this Committee. The Regulation enacts provisions on production, supply and transport of toxins and chemicals. The producers and suppliers of chemicals as well as the companies working on pesticides are obliged to obtain specific technical certificates. Any import or export of toxins and chemicals should occur only if accompanied by the official permission. All persons and entities working on toxins and chemicals should observe all hygienic and safety considerations.
