Regulation of the Statute of the Agriculture and Natural Resources Engineering Organization.

The present Regulation enforces the Statute of the Agriculture and Natural Resources Engineering Organization. All agriculture and national resources engineers are required to be in possession of a working permit from the Organization. The Organization consists of a Central Council, Provincial Council, City Council, General Assemblies, and a Judicial Committee. All members of the Organization are obliged to attend the required training and re-training courses. The Regulation consists of 86 articles, sub-divided into 6 Chapters: Definitions (I); Responsibilities and Authorities (II); Structure (III); Membership (IV); Election (V); Miscellaneous Provisions (VI).
