Regulations relative to artisanal fishing in the Persian Gulf.

These Regulations provide for fishing by artisanal fishermen by using traditional fishing gears within a 12 mile limit of the territorial waters and specified areas for trap laying areas (regs. 3.1. and 3.2). Certain methods of fishing are prohibited in specified areas (regs. 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5). Regulation 3.6 provides for fishing by traditional bottom trawlers, provisions of regulation 7 provide for the non-interference of commercial fishing with artisanal fishing. (7 regulations)
