Regulations for Replacement and Disposal of Worn-out Taxis.

This Regulation is drafted by number of governmental organisations including the Organisation for Protection of Environment. The text provides for replacement of the worn-out taxis after 15 years of operation with new CNG taxis. The Regulation further provides for grant of loan facilities for the replacement of the taxis and provides for allocation of land to the Oil Ministry for establishment of the CNG stations. The text consists of 11 Articles.
