Regulations on the River Bed, Creeks, Watercourse, wetlands, Natural Ponds, Irrigation and Drainage Basins.

This Regulation provides for determination of limit of river beds, creeks, watercourse, wetlands and natural ponds by the Regional Water Corporation. The information on determination of the river beds shall be notified to public. The finalised measurements on river beds limit, shall be submitted to the Administration for Registration of Deeds and Properties. The text further provides for the possibility of cutting down the trees through the river beds, creeks and watercourse by the Regional Water Corporation for the purpose of water use. The text lays out provisions for temporary planting in the river beds as long as it is not contrary to the water exploitation. The Regulation further allows passing through the oil and gas pipelines in the river beds subject to the authorization of the Ministry of Energy. The text further provides for the limit extent of basin capacities and water pipes. This Regulation consists of 15 Articles.
