Regulations for Supporting Production, Knowledge Base and Job Creation in the Fields of Agriculture and Natural Resources.

This Regulation aims to promote operation of knowledge-based companies in the field of agriculture. The text promotes use of technology and modern industry in agriculture and supports cooperation of knowledge-based companies for production of basic goods and increasing resilience. The Regulation further lays out responsibilities of different governmental organisations and institutions for support of the operation of the knowledge-based companies in this field such as granting financial assistance, concluding contracts, facilitating use of technology and insuring the production.
