Regulations for Supporting Production, Knowledge Base and Job Creation in the Fields of Industry, Mine and Commerce.

This Regulation lays out provision for development of technical programs in industry, mine and commerce and for development of advanced machineries and equipments establishment in production sector. The transport, mine, environment, health and food industry are among the sectors that are prioritised for support under the provision of this Regulation. The text further refers to the commercialisation of the local produced commodities in different sectors through protection of the industries by establishment of investment funds and use of expertise knowledge. The text further provides for facilitation of employment opportunities and insurance coverage. The text consists of 28 Articles.
