Resolution regarding the gas tariff rates for greenhouses and the standardization of their heating systems.

According to this Resolution the Ministry of Oil is required, from the date of this regulation’s notification, to adjust the greenhouse gas tariff every six months, equating to 3% of the average natural gas tariff delivered to petrochemical plants at the beginning of each year. The greenhouse gas tariff will increase by 0.5% compared to the previous year's tariff, based on the natural gas delivered to petrochemical plants. In order to optimize energy consumption, the National Iranian Gas Company is obligated, in accordance with laws and regulations, to take necessary actions through field inspections and enforcement to replace non-standard heating systems in greenhouses. If these systems are not replaced by the next growing season, the gas supply to the greenhouses will be cut off. The text consists of 4 Articles.
