Resolution regarding projects subject to environmental impact assessment that lack environmental permits from the Department of Environment.

This resolution provides that projects that are subject to environmental impact assessment but lack an environmental permit from the Department of Environment — and which have shown physical progress and are affiliated with the private sector — must be addressed by the Department of Environment within three months from the date of notification of this resolution, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. For projects affiliated with the public sector, resolution shall be achieved within the same timeframe through coordination between the investor and the relevant executive authority. Should any of these projects remain unresolved within the specified timeframe, the matter shall be referred to the designated working group. The Resolution consists of 2 Articles.
