Abstract
This document outlines the revised guidelines and regulations for the allocation of national and government-owned lands in Iran, as issued by the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad. It defines key terms related to land types (such as forests, rangelands, reclaimed lands, and coastal lands) and specifies the legal and administrative framework for the transfer and use of these lands for approved agricultural and non-agricultural projects. The guidelines detail the eligibility criteria for applicants, the required documentation, and the procedural steps for submitting, reviewing, and approving land allocation requests. It also establishes the composition and decision-making process of provincial commissions responsible for evaluating applications and sets out the conditions for temporary land use, water resource verification, and the prevention of unauthorized land use changes. The document further clarifies the annulment of previous conflicting regulations and assigns oversight responsibilities to relevant provincial and national authorities to ensure proper implementation.
