Statute of the Agricultural and Livestock Products and Natural Resources Holding Company

The Statute, which consists of 29 articles, establishes the Holding Company of Agricultural, Livestock and Natural Resources Products. This Company replaced the ‘Meat Joint Stock Company of Iran’. The obligations and responsibilities of the Company include to increase the efficiency and sustainable use of resources, policy making, monitoring, training and technical activities and to provide services for production of agricultural and livestock products. The Company is constituted of a General Assembly, Board of Directors, and Inspector. The Minister of Agriculture is the Head of Company.
