Statute of the Agricultural Service Specialized Holding Company.

The Statute, which consists of 29 articles, establishes the Specialized Holding Company of Agricultural Services replacing the ‘Services and Supports Joint Stock Company for Rural and Tribal Areas’. The obligations and responsibilities of the Company include to: increase the efficiency and sustainable use of resources, policy making, monitoring as well as training and technical activities. The Company is constituted of a General Assembly, Board of Directors, and an Inspector. The Minister of Agriculture is the Head of Company.
