Statute of the Company of Agricultural Parks.

The Act establishes the Company of Agricultural Parks of Iran. The Statute consist of 20 articles subdivided into four Chapters; General Regulations and Duties (I); Organs of the Company (II); Financial Resources (II); Other Provisions.
The Company of Agricultural Parks consists of farming, livestock and fishery complexes. The responsibilities of the Company include management and development of the agricultural company’s infrastructure, monitoring the activities of the agricultural companies, planning and establishment of the agricultural companies, attract investment and entrepreneurship in agricultural companies. The company compromises of a General Assembly, a Board of Directors, an Executive Manager and an Inspector.
