Abstract
The Statute establishes the Fund for Crops Insurance dependent on the Agriculture Bank. The main objective of the Fund is to insure the various types of crops, livestock, poultry, honey bees, fishes and silkworms against natural disasters. Accordingly, the Fund is obliged to conduct technical and economic research, insure the crops, make policies and prepare training programs. The Fund is constituted of a General Assembly, a Technical Committee, an Executive Committee and an Inspector. The Statute consists of 44 articles subdivided into 4 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Objectives (II); Structure (III); Recruitment, Administrative and Financial Provisions (IV).
