Statute of the Environment National Fund.

This Statute is proposed by the Organisation for the Environment and is drafted by the Board of Ministers with regard to establishment of the environment fund with the aim of helping reduction of environmental pollutants, preventing environmental destruction and protection of the environment. The fund is affiliated to the Organisation for the Environment with independent legal personality and shall be governed in accordance to the rules for governance of governmental companies. Subject of activity of the fund include grant of facilities to the factories and workshops for reducing environmental pollution, prevention of damages to the environment through preserving and management of biodiversity, financial support to the ecosystem plans, cooperation in educational and cultural plans for improvement of environment. The text refers to the organisation and management structure of the fund, general board, management board, managing director and inspectors. The text further refers to the duties and obligations of the organising boards and keeping account. The document consists of 22 Articles.
