Statute of the Joint Stock Company of Meat.

The Act is the Statute of the Joint Stock Company of Meat which has replaced the Meat Department. The Statute consists of 20 articles divided into 3 chapters; General Provisions (I); Structure (II); Miscellaneous Provisions (III).
The main duty of the Company is to regulate the market of livestock and poultry and their products including meat. The dairy products are excluded from mandate of this Company. The company is dependent on the Ministry of Agriculture but benefits from financial independence. The Company consists of a General Assembly, a Board of Directors, an Executive Manager and an Inspector.
