Statute of the Social Insurance of Farmers and Villagers and Nomads Fund.

This Statute is regulated further to ratification of the High Council on Welfare and Social Security. This Statute aims to secure payment of pension, severance, retirement, and other social support such as payment to the remained part of family, payment in case of disability, and insurance for unemployment to farmers, villagers and nomads. The Fund has independent personality and shall be managed by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare. Chapter 2 of the Statute defines structure and management bodies of the Fund. Chapter three provides for the financial and administrative regulations of the Fund including accounting processing. The Statute contains 23 Articles.
