This ratification establishes the Statute of the Organization for the Development and Operation of New Atmospheric Water Technologies which will be responsible for using innovative technologies to enhance the utilization and management of atmospheric water resources across land, sea, air, and space domains. The Organization's primary focus lies in the adoption and application of new technologies, alongside a coordinated and strategic approach involving non-governmental entities, knowledge-based firms, universities, higher education institutions, research centers, and technological establishments. The objective of this initiative includes the implementation of strategies concerning weather modification and cloud seeding, all aimed at optimizing the utilization of atmospheric water resources.
