Act No. 130 on the Environmental and Natural Resources Adjudication Committee

This Act creates the Environmental and Natural Resources Decision-Making Committee, whose function will be to rule in appeals regarding administrative decisions and disputes in the field of environmental and natural resources according to what is prescribed by law in this area. The Act regulates the Committee's structure, functioning, its procedural rules, etc. The Executive may adopt more detailed provisions on the Committee's powers and functioning, as well as related procedural issues.
