Act No. 31 on the Food Fund.

The present Act establishes the Food Fund, which shall replace the Agricultural Productivity Fund. The role of the Food Fund is to strengthen development and innovation in the production and processing of food from agricultural and marine products. The Act lays down general rules on the Fund's administration, allocations, budget, and supervision. The Board of the Fund shall sets rules of procedure for advertising, processing and evaluation of applications, implementation of allocations, professional councils, etc.
