Abstract
This Law applies to employees who report information or share data in good faith about law violations or other reprehensible behavior in the activities of their employers, whether they work for the public sector or in the private market. Reprehensible behavior refers to behavior that endangers the public interest, for example behavior that threatens the health or safety of people or the environment.
