Act No. 75 concerning changes of the Common Penal Code, No. 19/1940, and concerning changes in limits of fines for several acts.

Article 47 of the present Act amends articles 17, 37, 38, 39 and 40 of Act No. 33 concerning Bird-Hunting and Bird Protection in Iceland as regards the penalties to be applied to any person who is found guilty of illegal bird-hunting, illegal egg-taking and other cases of infringement of the provisions contained in the Act above-mentioned. Offences include fines, confinement and imprisonment.
