Abstract
The present Regulation lays down rules on the voluntary use of the Keyhole label in food products. The Keyhole certifies that the product has met certain requirements for salt, sugar, fat and fibre content. The Regulation contains detailed rules on the types of foods that may be marked with the Keyhole label, general conditions applying to all foods using the label, the use of the Keyhole label in non-pre-packed food, the responsibility of food business operators, etc. The graphic design of the Keyhole label is contained in the Annex I.
