Regulation no. 588 on tenders for aquaculture areas.

The present Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Innovation, lays down rules on the allocation of fish farming areas. Allocation shall take place following a public tender process subject to the rules of the present Regulation. The Regulation contains detailed rules on the public tender process, including on its advertisement, terms, exclusion and eligibility of bidders, selection criteria, conclusion of contract, etc.
