Regulation No. 684/2015 on requirements for providing information to consumers that foods are gluten-free or reduced-gluten.

This Regulation incorporates Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 828/2014 into Icelandic law under the EEA Agreement, setting requirements for how food information may be provided to consumers when foods are described as gluten-free or reduced-gluten. It assigns enforcement to the Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority and municipal health committees, and provides that violations are dealt with under the Icelandic Food Act.
